The TSURUMI BEND 150-150 is the discharge bend for Tsurumi cast-iron sewage pumps (listed in the official catalogue as a Bend Set, model BEND 150-150F). It is an installation accessory, not a pump. It is used to install 150 mm discharge pumps free-standing: the bend connects to the pump discharge, turns the flow 90° upward and connects to the discharge pipework. It fits the 150 mm B-series models and the 150C611-CR.
Tsurumi's catalogue states that these 150 mm models are supplied without the discharge bend and pump stand, so the accessories for the chosen type of installation must be ordered separately.
Selection note: a free-standing installation needs both this bend and the stand set specified for the pump model (STAND SET 6A2, 6B, 6C or 6E, depending on the model). The unsuffixed STAND SET sold by JACO fits only certain 80 mm and 100 mm models and does not fit the 150 mm models. For a guide rail installation, where the pump can be lifted out for service without anyone entering the sump, use the TOS-150A guide rail fitting instead of this bend.
Applications
- Free-standing installation: the pump stands on the floor of the sump or pit and the bend turns its discharge into a vertical riser.
- Sewage pump stations and sumps: for 150 mm Tsurumi B-series non-clog sewage pumps or the 150C611-CR pumping sewage, wastewater and storm water.
- Replacement: replacing a damaged bend or reworking the discharge pipework.
Compatible models
The following models use the BEND 150-150F for free-standing installation, according to Tsurumi's official selection tables. JACO currently lists the 150B47.5H and the 150B47.5. Both the H and L versions of the 150B47.5 use this bend, but they need different stand sets (6B or 6C), so please confirm both when ordering.

Installation notes
- Isolate and lock off the pump power supply before fitting or changing the bend.
- Lift the pump only by its lifting eye or lifting chain. Never lift it by the power or float switch cable.
- Match the outlet flange and thread standard exactly to the site pipework. JIS 10K, ANSI and BSP are not interchangeable, and a mismatched joint can leak or fail under pressure.
- Fit a suitable gasket at the pump-side square flange and tighten the bolts evenly.
- Fit the model's specified stand set before free-standing operation, so the pump does not sink into silt or starve its inlet.
- Entering a sump or wet well is confined-space work and requires gas testing and a permit to work.
