Acceptance of Terms

  • • Provides secure transaction environment and payment processing services
  • • Provides customer support and dispute resolution services

2. User Eligibility

  • • You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction
  • • You must have legal authority to represent your business or organisation
  • • You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information
  • • You must not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorised activities

3. Account Responsibility

  • • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • • You must notify us immediately if you discover unauthorised use
  • • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate the Terms

User Obligations

  • • Acts as an authorised distributor/retailer
  • • Directly sells own inventory products
  • • Provides product quality assurance
  • • Responsible for related after-sales service

Transaction Identification: In each transaction, you will be able to clearly identify whether you are transacting with a third-party supplier or directly with JACO. Different transaction types are subject to different terms and scope of responsibility.
