Product Overview

The TSURUMI HSZ2.4S is the smallest model in the HS series of portable semi-vortex wastewater pumps, with a 50mm discharge bore driven by a 0.40kW (1/2HP) single-phase, 2-pole motor. It uses a urethane rubber semi-vortex impeller fitted with an agitator that stirs up settled solids so sand and small debris carried in the wastewater can be pumped without clogging. The "Z" automatic-operation variant has a built-in float switch, so the unit senses the water level and starts/stops on its own once plugged in — no attendant required. At only 11.3kg it is light enough for one person to carry and install in confined spaces.
