Product Overview

The TSURUMI 100C42.2-E1 is a submersible non-clogging cutter type sewage/slurry pump from Tsurumi's C series, with a 100mm discharge bore driven by a 2.2kW, 4-pole, three-phase submersible induction motor. The pump uses a semi-open single-channel cutter impeller fitted with a brazed tungsten-carbide alloy cutting edge, working together with a serrated suction cover to shred rags, plastic bags, tissue and other fibrous debris during intake, preventing clogging in sewage and wastewater with heavier solids content. The "E1" suffix denotes Tsurumi's automatic-operation designation, meaning this model can be paired with a float switch to automatically start and stop according to water level, reducing the need for manual monitoring on site.
