The TSURUMI 80C23.7-CR is an 80mm (3") discharge bore, 3.7kW, 2-pole three-phase submersible cutter-type sewage pump. As a "CR" variant, both its impeller and suction cover are cast from high-chromium cast iron, with the impeller vanes tipped in sintered tungsten carbide alloy and paired with a serrated suction cover that shreds rags, hair, plastics and other fibrous or solid debris before discharge, effectively preventing clogging. This makes the 80C23.7-CR well suited to prolonged operation in wastewater streams carrying a relatively high load of solids and fibrous matter. Within Tsurumi's C-series 2-pole line-up, the 80C23.7-CR is a mid-capacity model for buildings, factories and food-processing plants that need a reliable, continuous-duty cutter pump.
