Product Overview

The TSURUMI KRD47.5 (formerly KRS2-100) is a 4-pole submersible construction slurry pump with a 100mm discharge bore and a 7.5kW motor. It features a semi-open impeller, with the impeller, agitator and suction plate all cast in high-chromium alloy iron, paired with a grey cast-iron (EN-GJL-200) casing and a dual mechanical seal running in an oil bath (silicon-carbide vs silicon-carbide faces). It is built to handle heavily sediment-laden liquids carrying sand and gravel, making it suitable for extended duty at quarries, gravel pits and construction sites where sludge-laden water must be removed.
