The TSURUMI KTZ23.7-SEA is the seawater-resistant version of the KTZ flagship-line submersible dewatering pump with a 50mm discharge bore, 3.7kW 2-pole three-phase motor. It retains the cast iron body and semi-open high-chromium cast iron impeller of the standard KTZ series for excellent wear resistance, while the SEA specification adds a sacrificial (galvanic) anode and a corrosion-resistant treated impeller for prolonged operation in seawater, brackish water or salt-laden construction runoff, slowing galvanic corrosion and extending service life. The top-discharge, side-flow cooling design keeps the motor effectively cooled even when partially exposed to air, and the slim body allows installation in confined shafts, caissons or pipe wells — making it well suited to coastal, port and marine dewatering works.
