- Above 55°F
- Open Assembly Time:
- 3-5 minutes (70°F./50%RH)
- Total Assembly Time:
- 10-15 minutes (70°F./50%RH)
- Minimum Spread Rate:
- Approximately 6 mils per gallon or 250 square feet
- Required Clamping Pressure:
- Sufficient to bring joints tightly together (typically, 100-150 psi for softwoods, 125-175 psi for medium woods, 175-250 psi for hardwoods)
- Application Method:
- Plastic bottle for fine application; glue can also be applied with a roller or brush.
- Cleanup:
- Wet cloth when glue is wet. Scrape off and sand excess when dry.

Titebond II Premium Wood Glue is not for continuous submersion or below waterline use. Not for structural or load-bearing applications. Do not use when temperature, glue, or materials are below 55°F. Due to low pH, the product may cause corrosion on metal surfaces; test product before use as it may cause rust/corrosion. Freezing may not affect product functionality but may cause product to thicken. Stirring should restore product to original consistency.
