Titebond DuraMaster sealant is the first elastic water-based sealant with 100% joint movement*. This revolutionary sealant eliminates gloss, reduces dirt, and provides excellent adhesion to most common building materials, including: vinyl, metal, glass, wood, PVC, concrete, aluminum, and all types of siding. It bridges gaps up to 2 inches wide, remains flexible, crack-resistant, paintable, and VOC compliant. It can be used for interior and exterior applications. DuraMaster™ is available in 13 colors and is UV resistant. Compared to other high-performance acrylic latex sealants, DuraMaster™ offers 4 times the durability. *Clear provides 25% joint movement.
Application Temperature: Above 40°F and below 120°F Service Temperature Range: -25°F to 180°F (-31°C to 82°C) for white and colors, 0°F to 160°F (-18°C to 71°C) for clear. Application Method: Cartridge/caulking gun Working Time: Approximately 10-15 minutes for a 1/4" bead Working Surface: Surface must be clean to the original substrate, dry, and free of oil, grease, water, dirt, or any other material that may hinder adhesion. Joint/Gap Specifications: 2" maximum width and 1/4" maximum depth. Dry Time: 2-4 hours. Cleanup: Clean excess material with a damp cloth. Clean hands and tools with soap and water. Scrape off excess.
