The WORX WU690.9 is a 20V MAX brushless oscillating multi-tool. Instead of rotating, the head oscillates at high frequency, so a single machine handles cutting, sawing, sanding, scraping and plunge-cutting simply by swapping the blade. That makes it well suited to renovation, electrical and plumbing work, carpentry and general maintenance, where cuts often have to be made flush to a wall, into a corner, or into existing structures. The brushless motor delivers 450W rated power with a no-load oscillation speed of 8,000-18,000 per minute across six selectable speed settings, so the rate can be matched to the material and the accessory in use. The 3.2-degree oscillation angle is paired with a universal accessory interface, letting most third-party oscillating blades and sanding pads mount directly. Tool-free blade changes with roughly 1 tonne of clamping force keep accessories secure during extended work. This is the bare-tool version: the battery and charger are not included, making it a cost-effective addition for users who already own WORX 20V MAX batteries.
