The WORX WU271.2 is a high-torque brushless cordless impact wrench kit on the 20V KROSS PACK lithium platform, built for steel-structure assembly, M&E installation, automotive and heavy equipment servicing where large fastening and breakaway torque is required. Its brushless motor and MegaForce constant-torque control deliver up to 1000 N·m of forward fastening torque and up to 1200 N·m of reverse breakaway torque, holding output steady even as the battery runs low. The 12.7mm (1/2") square drive accepts standard impact sockets and handles M10-M24 standard bolts and M10-M18 high-tensile bolts, while the 2.1 kg bare-tool weight keeps one-handed work comfortable over long shifts. This kit ships complete with two 20V 5.0Ah batteries and a 6A fast charger, ready to work out of the box.

MegaForce constant-torque control

Electronic control keeps torque output stable, so torque fade at low battery charge stays minimal and fasteners do not need re-tightening at the end of a pack.

Three speeds plus AI bolt mode

Speed 1 for power saving, speed 2 for reduced speed and speed 3 for maximum output, selected to suit the fastener. AI bolt mode adds forward auto-stop, reverse auto-stop and reverse slow-down to reduce over-tightening and flying fasteners.

Durable build and heat management

A high-strength anvil with a one-piece insert bushing holds sockets securely, while a large honeycomb aluminium baseplate speeds heat dissipation. The bypass magnetic dust-proof switch suits dusty job sites.

Fall-prevention lanyard ring

A dedicated ring on top of the housing accepts a safety lanyard, reducing drop risk during work at height on steel structures and towers.
