The WORX WU040.9 is a brushless, digitally controlled cordless heat gun on the 20V KROSS PACK battery platform, supplied as a bare tool. A digital display and variable-speed trigger let you set any temperature from 20°C to 600°C in 10°C steps, with 150 L/min of airflow for fast heat-up and a stable output that holds steady even as the battery runs down. It suits heat-shrink tubing, automotive film application, stripping old paint, freeing seized fasteners, removing stickers, bending and soldering pipe, and thawing or warming water pipes. At just 0.45 kg bare and 166 × 63 × 192 mm, it stays comfortable in one hand through long jobs. A temperature memory function restores your last working temperature at switch-on, and automatic overheat cut-off protects the tool. This model is the bare tool: no battery or charger is included, making it the economical add-on for anyone who already owns WORX 20V batteries.
