The WORX WA4235 is the large rolling model in the WORX stackable tool box system. It offers 60 litres of storage with a 512 x 330 x 355 mm interior — deep enough to swallow 20V circular saws, rotary hammers, drills and their consumables in a single case. A detachable telescopic handle and two 235 mm all-terrain wheels are built into the base, so a fully loaded box rolls like a suitcase instead of being carried. The shell is high-strength engineering plastic reinforced with a honeycomb-armour structure that spreads load, resists impact and will not deform, giving a maximum stacked load rating of 197.2 kg. The whole case is rated IP65 against dust and water, making it suitable for job sites, outdoor service work and vehicle-based maintenance. Common stacking interfaces on the lid and base let it lock together with the WA4233 (22.5 L) and WA4234 (42.8 L), using the WA4235 as the rolling base of a fully configurable mobile tool depot.
With a 512 x 330 x 355 mm interior and 60 litres of volume, the WA4235 is the deepest box in the stackable range and takes bulkier kit such as a 20V circular saw. The WA4233 (22.5 L) and WA4234 (42.8 L) share the same 512 x 330 mm footprint, so all three interlock and can be combined in any order.
The inside of the lid uses a honeycomb rib pattern that spreads the weight of the boxes above across the whole panel rather than a few pressure points, so the case resists crushing and impact and does not deform when stored loaded for long periods. WORX rates the maximum stacked load at 197.2 kg.
