The WORX WA1603 is a dust collection box built for the WU384, WU385 and WU391 series 20V rotary hammers, combining drilling and dust extraction in one unit. It carries its own dedicated extraction motor and draws power directly from the rotary hammer's 20V lithium battery, so no extra battery pack and no external vacuum hose are needed. Dust is captured at the bit as you drill and collected in the 200 ml canister, keeping walls and floors clean and cutting down the concrete dust operators breathe in. The HEPA filter element traps 99.97% of particles larger than 0.3 microns, making it suitable for interior fit-out, electrical and fire-services work where dust has to be controlled.
The unit has its own extraction motor running at 25,000 rpm with 0.23 m³/min airflow, so suction is powered rather than relying on drilling airflow alone. It takes power straight from the rotary hammer's 20V lithium battery — no second battery pack and no vacuum hose to drag around.
The built-in HEPA element captures 99.97% of particles larger than 0.3 microns, so fine concrete dust is not blown back into the work area through the exhaust. The 200 ml canister detaches for emptying and the filter element lifts out for cleaning.
