The TSURUMI HS3.75SL 110V is a portable dewatering pump from Tsurumi's HS series (officially classed under submersible pumps > portable dewatering pumps) and is the high-volume, low-head model of the range. This listing is the single-phase 110V 50Hz version for sites running on 110V construction power. It has an 80 mm (3-inch) discharge and a 0.75 kW single-phase capacitor-run motor, delivers up to 580 L/min with a maximum head of 10.8 m, and passes solids up to 7 mm.
The ductile-iron pump casing, urethane-rubber semi-vortex impeller and shaft-mounted agitator keep it durable in sandy site water. Dry weight is 19.6 kg (excluding cable). It suits site drainage, excavation dewatering and flood response wherever large volumes need to be moved over a short distance.
Selection note: the HS3.75SL and the HS3.75S 110V share the same 80 mm discharge and 0.75 kW motor, but are tuned differently. The HS3.75SL moves more water (580 L/min) at a lower head (10.8 m); the HS3.75S reaches a higher head (18 m) at a lower flow (300 L/min). If you need to lift water higher or push it through a long hose, choose the HS3.75S. The HS3.75SL is a manual model; for level-controlled automatic operation, choose the HSZ3.75SL 110V. For a 230V supply, choose the HS3.75SL (230V). This is a dewatering pump, not a sewage pump, and is not intended for raw sewage or liquids containing fibrous material.

Performance
The 10.8 m maximum head is the head at near-zero flow, and the 580 L/min (about 34.8 m³/h) maximum capacity is the end point of the performance curve. The two do not occur together: actual flow falls as total head (static head plus hose friction loss) rises. Select the pump from the 50 Hz performance curve using your site's total head. Where total head is higher, consider the HS3.75S 110V (18 m max head).

Safety and installation
- This unit is for a single-phase 110V 50Hz supply only, typically fed from a site isolating transformer. Never connect it to 230V.
- The supply must be properly earthed, and an RCD-protected outlet is recommended. Electrical connection should be made by a registered electrical worker in line with local regulations.
- The built-in CTP is a safeguard only; do not run the pump dry for long periods. For continuous running, keep the water level at 120 mm or above (Tsurumi Europe data).
- Lift and carry the pump by its handle. Never lift or drag it by the cable, and protect the cable from damage; a damaged cable must be repaired or replaced.
- Stand the pump on firm ground or a platform so it does not sink into silt.
- The pump is not seawater- or corrosion-resistant. Do not use it with seawater, flammable or corrosive liquids or hot liquids, or in flammable or explosive atmospheres.
- Always isolate the power before inspection or servicing.
Wear parts and routine checks
- The impeller, agitator, mechanical seals and V-ring wear gradually in service; with long running in sandy water, flow drops as the impeller wears.
- Check and change the seal oil (turbine oil ISO VG32, 160 ml) periodically. The Oil Lifter maintains lubrication only down to about one third of the oil level and is no substitute for routine checks. If the oil is cloudy or contains water, have the shaft seals inspected promptly.
- Check the cable sheath and cable entry regularly for damage.
