When you enter within 1 metre* of the Philips smart lock DD720-FVP-7HWS, the radar sensor activates and triggers the face recognition module. Dual front-facing cameras capture 3D facial features to effectively recognise photos, videos, make-up and so on, making face unlocking easy and simple, so you no longer need to open the door manually.

Stay aware of activity at your door while you are out

DDL720-FVP-7HWS works with the Home Access app. Once connected to the network, you can view lock operation logs, doorbell notifications and unlock records anytime, anywhere. You can check any unusual activity and the situation at your door through instant pop-up notifications, ensuring safety at all times.

24/7 online home monitoring

When a visitor presses the doorbell, you receive an instant notification via the Home Access app. Tap the message to start a two-way voice conversation and remotely view your front door. In addition, the video door viewer automatically takes a photo or records a video every time the doorbell is pressed. If you cannot answer immediately, you can still easily review visitor information in the records.

Smart lighting ensures clearer vision at night

DDL720-FVP-7HWS is equipped with a wide-angle camera and four low-power infrared lights, offering day and night modes. In low light, the infrared lights activate automatically, seamlessly switch to night mode, and ensure facial features are clearly recognised within a 2-metre range.

Data encryption for security

Once the cloud storage service is enabled, DDL720-FVP-7HWS securely uploads encrypted snapshots and recordings to the cloud. Even if the lock is tampered with or damaged, your data remains safe and intact, and can be accessed at any time via the Home Access app.

Your real-time home guardian

DDL720-FVP-7HWS is equipped with a radar sensor. When it detects unusual activity within 1 metre* of the door, it automatically triggers the video door viewer and sends an instant alert to the Home Access app, allowing you to easily monitor the situation at your door and enhance home security.

Enhanced privacy and security

DDL720-FVP-7HWS offers a real-time voice changing feature. When using remote video intercom with strangers, you can choose 'Original voice', 'Deep voice' or 'Funny voice' to disguise your real voice, fully protecting your privacy and safety.

Automatically locks every time the door is closed

DDL720-FVP-7HWS is equipped with a mechanical electronic lock body, offering better security and convenience than ordinary mechanical locks. When the sensing bolt is triggered, the system automatically checks the lock status. If the door is closed, the external motor will activate and lock within 10 seconds*, ensuring home safety.

Home security, fully protected. DDL720-FVP-7HWS provides multiple safety alerts, including bolt anomaly, arming mode*, tamper alert, system lockout and loitering detection. All abnormal activities are pushed to the app in real time, safeguarding your home at all times.

See clearly what is outside the door

The indoor unit is equipped with a 4-inch LCD display. Simply tap the screen to view visitors and the situation outside the door, without opening the door or using a traditional peephole, which is especially convenient for the elderly and children. You can also adjust brightness and screen-off time through personalised settings in the Home Access app.

DDL720-FVP-7HWS supports five unlocking methods: facial recognition, fingerprint, PIN code, key card and mechanical key. Multiple options help you easily handle various situations, especially convenient for the elderly and children.

The indoor unit is equipped with a quick-open door handle. In an emergency, if the electronic functions of the smart door lock fail, simply turn the handle to unlock, ensuring safety and peace of mind.
