The Makita UC031GZ is a 40Vmax XGT cordless chain saw driven by a BL brushless motor and supplied with a 250mm (10") guide bar, with a chain speed of 0 - 24 m/s. Its lightweight body and optimal centre of gravity keep the tool balanced for pruning and continuous cutting, and a 300 mm (12") guide bar can be fitted for a longer cut (sold separately). It features an adjustable automatic chain oiling system with a 150 mL reservoir, both mechanical and electric brakes, and XPT dust- and drip-resistant construction. This is the body-only version, supplied without battery and charger.
