The Makita UB004CZ is a battery powered backpack blower driven by a portable power pack, and it runs on the PDC1500 or PDC1200 backpack battery. A BL brushless motor delivers three cruise control speeds with up to 25 N of blowing force, rising to 28 N in Boost mode, for a maximum air volume of 20.9 m³/min and air velocity of 80.7 m/s. The housing is built to the XPT / IPX4 dust and drip resistant design, and the harness section has been redesigned for a more comfortable, stable backpacking experience. This is a body-only version and the backpack battery is not included.
