The Makita UB003CZ is a cordless blower designed to run off a backpack-worn Portable Power Pack. It has no on-board battery slot; power is drawn through a cable from the backpack pack, moving the battery weight to the operator back and hips. A BL brushless motor is paired with a variable speed control trigger and electronic 3-speed selection. Used with a PDC1500 at maximum speed mode it delivers 17.6 m³/min air volume, 86.0 m/s air velocity and 24 N blowing force, for about 60 minutes of continuous use. The housing meets Makita XPT dust and drip resistance and the IPX4 water-resistance rating, suiting outdoor leaf clearing and jobsite dust blowing. This is a body-only SKU: the backpack battery pack is not included.
