The Makita PB002GZ is a 40Vmax XGT cordless portable band saw supplied as a body-only (bare tool) unit, without battery or charger. It is driven by a BL brushless motor and offers variable blade speed from 0 - 3.2 m/s (0 - 630 ft/min.). Cutting capacity is 127mm (5") for round workpieces and 127 x 127 mm (5" x 5") for rectangular workpieces, suiting on-site cutting of metal pipe and sections.
