The Makita DTC104ZK is an 18V LXT cordless cable cutter with a scissor-style open-type blade and a 105 mm maximum blade opening, so it can cut large-diameter cable. It delivers 120 kN of output force and handles polyethylene power cable, PVC insulated multi-core cable, annealed and hard-drawn copper wire, and aluminium wire. The blades return automatically to their original position after each cut, and a trigger lock helps prevent accidental operation. This is a body-only model: battery and charger are not included.
