The Makita DGA418ZU is a 100mm (4") cordless angle grinder on the 18V lithium-ion platform. Driven by a BL brushless motor, its speed is variable from 3,000 to 8,500 rpm to suit cutting, grinding and rust removal. A built-in AWS wireless unit lets the tool switch a Bluetooth-enabled dust extractor on and off in sync, cutting airborne dust on site. It also carries AFT anti-kickback protection, an electric brake, soft start and XPT dust and drip resistance. This is the ZU body-only version: no battery or charger is supplied.
