The Makita DFJ212AXL is a size XL cordless fan jacket with a flat fan unit on each side of the waist, each driven by a BL brushless motor to circulate outside air through the garment and keep the wearer cool in hot conditions. It runs on either the Makita 18V or 12Vmax lithium-ion battery platform via the matching battery holder, with electronic 4-speed airflow control. The outer fabric is water-repellent and the jacket weighs only 0.43 kg including the battery.
