The Makita DFJ210ZL is a cordless fan jacket in size L. A flat fan unit on each side, driven by a BL brushless motor, pushes air through the jacket to carry heat and moisture away from the body. The fans run from a Makita 18V LXT, 14.4V or 12Vmax CXT lithium-ion battery through a battery holder, with four air-flow settings (turbo, high, medium, low). With an 18V 6.0Ah BL1860B battery it delivers up to 33 hours of continuous airflow on low.

Features and Benefits

Two flat fan units with BL brushless motors, one on each side, for strong airflow and increased comfort.
Four air-flow settings: Turbo 2.2 m³/min, High 2.1 m³/min, Medium 1.7 m³/min, Low 1.5 m³/min, to suit the working environment.
Stand-up collar lets cool air flow up into the helmet for added comfort.
Mesh pockets on the back hold ice packs for extra cooling.
Five pockets: zippered left and right chest pockets, left and right side pockets and a left arm pocket.
Long sleeves convert quickly to short sleeves with buttons.
Battery pocket reinforced with two snap buttons; fall-prevention loops for the fan units.
100% polyester fabric with moisture vapour permeability and water repellency.
Machine washable once the fan units and power source are removed.
Works with Makita 18V LXT, 14.4V and 12Vmax CXT lithium-ion battery platforms.
