The Makita DDF490Z is an 18V LXT cordless driver drill built around a BL brushless motor delivering up to 65 N·m of maximum torque. A mechanical 2-speed gearbox offers 0 - 1,900 rpm on high and 0 - 500 rpm on low, with drilling capacity of 13 mm (1/2") in steel and 38 mm (1-1/2") in wood, 20-stage torque settings and a keyless chuck. Its compact body is XPT dust- and drip-resistant, making it easy to handle in confined spaces. This is the body-only version, supplied without battery or charger.
