Made from high-quality tool steel with a blackened and polished finish for corrosion resistance, the head is constructed from aluminum alloy. The handles are stamped, fully heat-treated, and fitted with two-component PP+TPR ergonomic grips for comfort and slip resistance. The needle punch mechanism simultaneously pierces and bends the metal, creating a secure joint without deforming the profile. Suitable for galvanized steel sheets up to 0.5–0.8 mm thickness.
