The fischer F-M metal frame fixing is designed for stress-free stand-off installation of window and door frames. It consists of a metal sleeve and a countersunk zinc-plated screw; as the screw is tightened the cone is pulled into the sleeve and expands against the hole wall, fixing the frame without distortion. For solid and hollow building materials, fire-tested to R120.
