The wood range covers clean straight cuts (T101B), splinter-free reverse-tooth cutting (T101BR), fast cuts (T144D / T111C), curves (T119BO / T244D) and a long blade for thick timber (T301CD). The metal range covers thin sheet steel (T118A / T118AF), medium sheet steel (T118B), pipes and profiles (T123X / T321AF) and the carbide-tipped T118AHM for stainless steel. T101A is made for acrylic and PC sheets, while T345XF is a long multi-material blade.

How to Read the Model Code

T: T-shank blade.
A / B / C / D: tooth size, from A (finest, for thin materials and fine cuts) to D (coarsest, for thick materials and fast cuts).
F: bi-metal blade for longer life and break resistance.
R: reverse teeth to reduce splintering on the top surface.
O: narrow blade back for curve cuts.
X: progressive tooth pitch for thin and thick materials.

Usage Tips

When cutting metal, use a lower speed and switch the pendulum action off or to a low setting to extend blade life.
For fast cuts in wood, use pendulum action; reduce or switch it off for a smoother finish.
For a chip-free top surface, use the T101BR reverse-tooth blade or cut from the back of the board.
Always wear eye protection and clamp the workpiece securely.
