Aervoe Zinc Cote Cold Galvanizing Coating (4L) is a high-performance zinc-rich coating made in the USA, designed to protect ferrous metals from rust and corrosion. This low-VOC formulation (less than 100 g/L) contains 97% pure zinc by weight, with 93% zinc in the dry film. It provides sacrificial galvanic protection, corroding preferentially to safeguard the underlying steel—matching or surpassing hot-dip galvanizing. Ideal for damaged galvanized surfaces, structural steel, welded joints, bridges, guardrails, tanks, pipelines, and equipment.
