Basic heavy-duty submersible slurry pumps with superior solids passage capability and reliability. Features a channel impeller design to minimize clogging from solids and fibrous materials. Discharge diameters range from 50mm to 300mm, with power outputs from 0.4kW to 75kW, offering a wide selection of models, including high-head types and single-phase BP types, to meet various high-flow pumping needs.

Heavy-duty submersible slurry pumps equipped with wide flow channels exceeding 3 inches (76.2mm) in diameter, demonstrating exceptional performance, especially in the high pumping power range of 22kW to 75kW. The BZ series utilizes a closed-type single/dual-flow impeller with a maximum passage width of 90mm, significantly reducing solid clogging. Available with discharge diameters from 80mm to 350mm and power outputs from 1.5kW to 75kW, meeting higher energy efficiency standards.

The impeller structure and flow channels of B series pumps are similar, effectively reducing solid clogging. Depending on pumping capacity, semi-open or closed impellers are equipped, with one or two blades, ensuring optimal anti-clogging performance.

BZ series pumps feature wide flow channels exceeding 3 inches (76.2mm) in diameter (maximum passage width of 90mm), utilizing closed-type single/dual-flow impellers to minimize clogging from solids and fibrous materials.
Water-Resistant Cable Core Processing: Effectively prevents water ingress due to cable damage or submersion, avoiding condensation within the motor housing.
Motor Protection Device: Equipped with a reset-type thermal protector (for 7.5kW and below) or a miniature thermal protector (for 11kW and above) to monitor and cut off overcurrent due to overheating or overload, preventing damage from dry running.
Water Jacket: Specific models (e.g., B series 150B475, high-power BZ series models) are equipped with a water jacket to guide pumped liquid for motor cooling, allowing for extended operation at low water levels.
Silicon Carbide Dual Mechanical Seal: Isolated within the oil chamber, maintaining a clean, non-corrosive lubrication environment. Silicon carbide offers 5 times higher corrosion, wear, and heat resistance than tungsten carbide, paired with NBR or FPM (FKM) rubber components for excellent chemical resistance.
Oil Circulating Ring: Tsurumi's original design ensures effective lubrication and cooling of the seal faces even when the oil level drops to one-third of normal, extending seal life and ensuring stable shaft sealing performance.
Leakage Sensor: Detects water ingress into the oil chamber and signals an external control panel to prevent potential failures (B series 18.5kW and above, BZ series 22kW and above).
Seal Pressure Relief Port: Protects the mechanical seal from pump pressure and expels wear particles, safeguarding the sealing surfaces (B series specific diameters/powers, BZ series 22kW and above).
Oil Seal: Acts as a "dust seal" to protect the mechanical seal from abrasive particle intrusion. Some models feature single/triple oil seals or labyrinth rings (e.g., B series 150B475) for enhanced protection.
Air Release Valve: Installed in the water jacket or pump casing to effectively prevent air lock issues, ensuring smooth pump startup and operation.
Anti-Wear Bushing Ring and Wear Ring: Featured in specific models (e.g., B series 150B437 and 150B475) to prevent wear on the pump casing and suction cover, effectively reducing maintenance costs.
Torn-Down Design: Some BZ series models (3.7kW and below, and 15kW and above) adopt this design, facilitating easy separation of the motor and pump unit for simplified maintenance and inspection of major components.
